Our values are intrinsic to everything we do and are put into practice and acted on. Basing our guidelines and structures on our values gives the organisation solidity, cohesion and reliability.

Meaning

Personal level
I am ready to work hard for an idea which I resonate with on an intellectual and emotional level and is in line with my purpose, meaning and values; this is in order to connect with what the universe wants to manifest.Organisational level – We collaborate and share wisdom thereby educating each other, and sharing resources that are found to be valuable, having a positive impact on lives: more empowered individuals lead to healthier and more conscious communities and societies, magnifying the impact to a larger scale.

Personal Level
I am committed to connecting to myself in a non-judgemental, non-critical way; allowing all parts of myself to be heard and accepted. I give myself permission to look after my own needs and maintain a balance, trusting myself to know when it is right to create healthy boundaries.

Organisational Level
In addition to being a platform to share information and stimulate debate, we also come from a place of compassionate connection and good will and aim to foster this throughout the organisation. Guidelines are provided and healthy boundaries are agreed by the community and maintained by the organisation. This provides a safe environment for individuals to share and risk vulnerability.

Integrity

Personal Level
I strive to live up to my values without them becoming rigid and something to ‘beat myself up about’. I am developing my inner observer so I notice when I’m acting from a place of low consciousness and feel out of alignment with my authentic self. I listen out for the voice of conscience so I can feel when I am coming from a place of congruence with my core values and I engage my will to act on this inner guidance.

Organisational Level
We listen to our inner voice and are open to listening to the voices of others in guiding the evolution of our project striving to continuously improve. We treat people fairly and with respect. We operate with adherence to our ethical standards including issues related to laws and regulations and the utilisation of funds in adherence to our constitution.

To provide a platform where people can share information and experiences to help others improve their mental, physical, psychological and spiritual well-being.
